Footage Description: A grand entry parade ushers in the rodeo - in a large stadium a parade of horses and brahma bulls - kicks off the rodeo. The camera comes in for a close-up of the rodeo queen - GLORIA JEAN - followed by OLE JOHNSON and JACK OAKLEY in a convertible - a man on a white stallion rares his horse back and comes down right in front of the camera. The camera cuts to gates to a cowboy released on bucking horse that throws him. The next man out of the shoot is on a bull that throws him and stomps him. Immediately another man and bull are out and again the bull instantly throws him. The stadium is empty with the exception of the people of the sidelines who are part of the event. End of scene.

Footage Description: General Mac Arthur walks through Manila - which now lies in ruins- the Stalingrad of the Pacific. The scene opens with Mac Arthur walking with soldiers all around him. People sit along the street and in the wreckage of homes and buildings. The camera cuts to Philippine troops holding Japanese flags that were won. The camera cuts to Corregidor. A soldier stands dockside - as three PT boats pull up. Mac Arthur is the first to get off and walk up the dock. The camera cuts to a military camp - there Mac Arthur walks through the center of the village or compound to deliver a message to troops and peoples. Mac Arthur stands at a microphone and gives a short speech. He commands the raising of the stars and stripes - and the trumpets sound off. The camera follows the flag up the pole and zooms out on the entire event - there is a large building in the background and the crowd is at least a couple of thousand people. The scene ends with the American Flag flying in the breeze.

Footage Description: This is a historical film record of the epochal ARMY-NAVY experiment known as ' Operation Crossroads'. The scene opens from a boat over the water view of ships in the distance. The camera cuts to the masts of a huge ship center of the masts is the American Flag. The camera zooms in on the commanding officer of the operation - then cuts to sailor assisting cargo - large crates onto their ship from another. The crates are full of animals - sheep - pigs - and rats. They will test the effects of the fourth Atomic Bomb being exploded to determine the true effects of an atomic blast. The camera cuts to the sailors unloading the scared animals and taking them to some other place. The camera cuts to a line of men at an air strip one officer is on a mobile phone unit - the camera pans to men pushing the bomb on wheels to the B-29 that will drop it. The bomb is hidden as it is loaded and armed guards march back and forth in front of the camera. The camera zooms in on two airmen - who are to fly the plane - then zooming out the entire troop of Air Force men is seen. The camera cuts to the planes engines starting then cutting to takeoff. The camera cuts to all components to the operation; the men in a tower with binoculars looking out over the water - to inside the plane on the back of the bombardier sitting in his round view window. The camera cuts to a crew member watching a monitor - the camera cuts to radio - radar dishes - The camera cuts back to the observation tower - and then to a couple of crew members closely - then to the plane a view from the sky - to the side of the plane - you see the doors open to the bomb chamber - the countdown is stressful. The camera cuts to the tower - all soldiers put on dark goggles as the moment arrives. The camera cuts to the decks of the ships at sea involved - as sailors - crouch down heads ducked into their knees - covering the eyes. The camera cuts to a close up of two different people with the goggles of the narrator counts - the camera is focused out to sea. The bomb goes off - a flash followed by the mushroom cloud that goes seven miles in the air. The camera pans out to an aerial view above the cloud and the scene ends.

The camera opens the scene as they are descending the aircraft stairs. As Maria reaches the bottom of the stairs a small man gives her a huge bouquet of flowers - the camera zooms in on her and her husband and then zooms out to capture the many photographers on hand for the event. Then zooms back in on Maria's face. The camera cuts to the Queen Mary Ship docking in New York. The camera then cuts to aboard the ship where actress Phyllis Calvert is in the foreground with her back to the camera and she is posing for other photographers seen in the background. The camera swings around to see her smiling face - and goes back and forth a couple of times to her face - her posing and to the photographers capturing her poses. The camera cuts to her husband walking on the ship deck with her. The camera then cuts to Abbott and Costello. The camera zooms in on Abbott as he is holding a little girl. Costello is in the background. The camera pans to a Youth Center being built in the memory of Costello's son Lou Costello Jr. The camera cuts to an empty swimming pool where Abbott and Costello cut up with a boy who is on his stomach pretending to swim. The camera cuts to about thirty kids coming out of the building under construction and present Abbott and Costello with some luggage for their fund-raising tour. The kids are laughing and waving at the camera. End of scene.
